The next-generation Oncodetect® molecular residual disease test

Bring very faint traces of ctDNA to light

Molecular residual disease (MRD) testing can help inform personalized treatment decisions — however, finding residual disease can be a significant challenge, especially:1,2,3

  • In early-stage cancers
  • In low-shedding tumors
  • During and after treatment

The next-generation Oncodetect MRD test, powered by MAESTRO technology and whole-genome sequencing (WGS), spotlights very faint signals and tracks trends even in challenging situations where tumor burden is low.4,5

The next-generation Oncodetect MRD test is powered by MAESTRO technology.

MAESTRO technology combined with whole-genome sequencing (WGS) provides greater breadth and precision, spotlighting even faint traces of ctDNA.

5,000 variants

Tracks up to 5,000 variants specific to your patient's cancer to detect very faint traces of ctDNA.6

1,000x enrichment

Enrich tumor signals up to 1000x, making ultra-rare mutations easier to detect with confidence compared to the first-generation Oncodetect test.6-8

<1ppm detection limit*

Ultra-low limit of detection provides confidence when every signal counts.9

89% post-surgical sensitivity

In early-stage triple negative breast cancer, the cumulative clinical sensitivity post-surgery for a DRFI event within 3 years was 89% which was over 2x that of the first-generation test.5

100% longitudinal sensitivity

100% sensitivity in esophageal recurrence serial monitoring.10

>99% specificity

This next-generation Oncodetect MRD test achieves high analytical specificity of >99%.11

Spotlight ctDNA to help inform treatment decisions

The tumor-informed Oncodetect test provides clear, quantitative MRD results to help guide your patient’s treatment decisions. The test report can help inform adjuvant therapy decisions, monitor cancer recurrence, and assess response to treatment.5,12

Guide adjuvant therapy

Gain insight into your patient’s risk for cancer recurrence or progression.12 Oncodetect MRD test results can help inform the use and intensity of therapy.

Early detection of recurrence

MRD testing can identify recurrence sooner than standard-of-care imaging,12,13 enabling you to intervene earlier, adjust follow-up frequency, and possibly improve patient outcomes.

Therapy response

Assess your patient’s response to therapy through ongoing monitoring, which can help inform the intensity and duration of treatments.5

MRD testing can change the course of cancer care throughout the treatment journey14,15

Outstanding sensitivity, high specificity9,11

The next-generation Oncodetect MRD test tracks up to 5,000 variants specific to a patient’s tumor, granting more opportunities to detect ctDNA than our first-generation test,6,12 while maintaining >99% analytical specificity.11 With a low limit of detection of less than 1 part per million (ppm) under high end inputs, the test can detect MRD with high sensitivity even in low tumor burden scenarios, such as after surgery or in the early stages of recurrence.9

The limit of detection of the next-generation Oncodetect test is 30x lower than our first-generation test.8,9

With an ultra-low limit of detection, the next-generation Oncodetect MRD test provides residual disease detection and monitoring, allowing you to make more informed treatment decisions.

MRD testing could benefit over 3 million patients—including yours

It’s estimated that 3+ million patients in the United States alone could benefit from MRD testing,† and your patient could be one of them. The Oncodetect MRD test can detect and monitor ctDNA levels, allowing you to make treatment decisions with more confidence.
